The Platz der Medien, or better known as Uecker-Platz, has been the venue and stage for the HafenKunstKino since October 2018.

In addition to the daily cinema program with changing themes, Uecker-Platz has also been the venue for selected events in the recent past.

Be it the Night of the Museums, the Web Video Award, the Skate Video Night, the "Under the Subway" festival or the graduation film days of various film schools - this is the place for special and creative formats. In combination with selected art films or live performances, this square has its very own flair.
